8:21 PM yeah people here I am! after months of absences.. :D

so, new life new house new school new place new people new friends new new new!
intimidating eh?
well, yes of course.. yet it's exciting ( tho i can't say that it's 100% a happy pleasant journey lol) !
how can you be not excited when the first impression of your new school is that "holy crap it looks like Hogwarts!" hahaha..
Apparently Bill Clinton and the president of the Philippines and the U.S. ambassador for Singapore graduated from Georgetown Uni too! :P
This afternoon the president of the Dominican Republic came to my school to deliver a speech ( i think). I didn't even know there is such event until my friend told me and I was like "huh? where is dominican rep? what is he doing here?" lol. sorry lah my geog very jialat can? :P yea so there were at least 10 big black cars with all sorts of security guards ( schools and his guards i guess) standing everywhere around the front gates. Too bad I have class at that time so I couldn't come ( yeah like i would even if there's no class~)

So all the excitements aside, the teachers are so demanding here and everyone seem to be super duper ambitious. e.g almost everyone I asked are doing double major la! made me feel like the stupid odd one out.. aishhh!
To add to my misery, I'm taking this stupid class 'Business-government relations' ! alamak. see the course title can predict that I'm gonna fail this class liao.. Why?
1) It's all about government. FYI, I have ZERO/nil/none knowledge about the government structure in the U.S.
2) I'm not at all interested to know about this legislation, that bill, his policy, her campaign and whatsoever. Worse, my project is to track a legislation, regulatory, or judicial issue for the semester. Don't ask me what it means. I also don't know *ARGH*
3) The prof's voice is descending. What do I mean by that? His voice will go from 60Hz( is this the correct unit? lol) at the start of a sentence and then decrease till the supersonic level which is, unfortunately, inaudible for anybody in the class. So, we raised our hands and told him that we couldn't hear a single thing. Guess what he said? "Yea I do realize that. The acoustic of the room is really bad." o.O

Oh ya, I got an interview for internship at the GUASFCU ( the school bank run by students) this Saturday!! Anybody has any tips and hints for excelling an interview? lol pardon me the 100% noobie.. :D

Btw, anybody wanna celebrate Xmas at KL or sgp? :D
