I don't think I should talk much about these videos. The film is made by Dutch Parliamentarian Geert Wilders. I'm sure most of you have heard of it and have heard how much commotion it has caused around the world in the last week. People came up with different videos, comments, essays, articles trying to refute whatever is portrayed in the short film. One of the refute videos is called "Anti-Fitna" where they pose questions regarding the Bible and asking stuff like "why do the Christians pray and kiss the Cross on which our Lord has suffer?" (something like that) and alot of other controversial questions.
Indonesia, the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, reacted strongly against the film to the extent that they asked Google to shut down YouTube access from Indonesia to prevent people from being "brainwashed" by the film. Unfortunately, it hasn't gained much popularity in the US as of now.. I guess the Americans don't really care, do they?
Very interesting indeed. Alot of questions have been thrown around for thousands of years regarding all sorts of religious belief. Why this why that how did this happen blablabla... Well maybe human should just learn that if there is no definite correct answer, one should just embrace one's own belief and not meddle with others..
Haha. just my immature thought tho~ But of course it is interesting to see how is this argument gonna develop.. not into another war, I hope.
